What is Meridian Hypnosis?
Together with the exceptional acupuncturists at Smithtown Acupuncture and Wellness Center we have created a powerful technique called Meridian Hypnosis.  Meridian Hypnosis combines acupuncture and hypnosis together in the same session.  We have found that blending these two techniques produces fantastic results.

What to Expect:
The session begins with the client first talking with the hypnotist about what they would like to improve or change in their life.

The hypnotist then briefly discusses with the acupuncturist the reason for the session. The acupuncturist then will go in to see the client and position the needles.  When the acupuncturist is done the hypnotist returns and continues with the hypnosis session.  When the hypnosis session is finished the acupuncturist returns to complete the treatment by removing the needles. 

There are two very powerful modalities working at one time.  The areas of the meridian system that are activated by the needles begin the relaxation process for the client.  It takes the hypnotist a much shorter time to hypnotize the client and the client usually goes

in to a very deep state of hypnosis.

What are the benefits of this technique?
 This technique has a myriad of benefits.  Clients who are comfortable with acupuncture have an easy transition to hypnosis.  The deep state of hypnosis that is achieved by the combination of modalities brings a greater success rate with clients.  Acupuncturists are

more likely to refer clients after they see how well hypnosis and acupuncture work together.  When there is this much attention given to a client in one session they tend to feel more confident that they will achieve the results they are looking for.

 
Cost for a Meridian Hypnosis Session:

          $98 for the hypnosis session.

          $40 for the acupuncture treatment.
